5-step onboarding

    Launch unified login

    Open NEXORA Connect → choose user type on the first screen: [Employee] or [Partner / External].

    💡 Selection is remembered across launches.

    Employee — direct ID/PW

    Employee tab uses the corporate ID and password. No external browser — authentication happens inside the app.

    🔑 First login requires TOTP (Google Authenticator) enrollment. 6-digit code on subsequent logins.

  3. 3

    Partner / External — Kakao or Naver SSO

    Partner tab adds Kakao and Naver SSO buttons. Choose ID/PW or social login freely.

    External staff and customers can sign in using their Kakao/Naver account — no KC account needed upfront.

Messenger auto-link

Logging into NEXORA Connect auto-connects the messenger WebSocket. Tray icon shows new-message alerts; jump straight from the in-app portal to messenger chats.
